House This house has so much history and we really did our best to accentuate it. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the Alliant Energy Center, 5 minute drive to John Nolan's boat launch, 10 minute drive to the Kohl Center and approximately 10 minutes to Camp Randall depending on traffic. We offer boat, kayak, canoe, and paddle board rentals. Swimming is done off of the piers as we have a rocky retaining wall.
