It’s a way of life. They have a simple approach of using good quality, locally sourced produce that’s been grown and harvested in an environmentally friendly way. I don’t mind this. We went yesterday and it was packed so came back to try today, because of the great review. Terrific! The staff were rude and made it clear they didn’t want us there. We were staying around the corner and this place was a gem. ie the bathroom is in the adjacent passageway.
