Nothing is connected to them.I'm having the same issue. All 6 pods are active but show no connected devices, even when there is a device in that room and it’s pretty far to the gateway. I wanted to follow up to see if this has corrected itself on your end and if you can now are able to see the connected devices?My pods show as connected but no devices ar connected to the pods, just the gateway. I had a modem replaced by a tech with a pre-existing xFi pod setup and it stopped working with the replacement modem until the pods … I've done the reset, reboot, even reinstall and xfi app hangs on locating pods (sees the one I start with) and then says connection failed. While you won't have the full 600 Mbps to any device that you would have if wired to your gateway w/ no other devices using bandwidth, you should have sufficient bandwidth for video and audio streaming and web surfing.As an example, on my 300 Mbps plan, I just tested and got about 105 Mbps down on a 5-year-old MacBookPro while connected to a pod one floor down and toward the back of the house.I just received the pods and non of them is connecting to my XB7...In my experience, when connected to the pods the speed is only 20-30mbps. Had been working great, and on Tuesday they all went off line (7 of them).

Is this a reporting issue or are the pods not really doing anything. It would be helpful if updates could be posted to some that have/had the same issue. In this case, the device is an xFi Pod.
If possible try to locate your XB7 (!) firmware on XB7 is eMTA & DOCSIS Software Version: Prod_19.2_d31 & Prod_19.2I'm not convinced they did not do a firmware update and break the plume pods....Welcome to the Xfinity community!

Place the first pod no more than about 15-20 feet from your gateway.
Have you tried to unplug your pods, restart the gateway, plug the pods back? I see in one of your comments that yours are arriving tomorrow.
