I spoke to 9 representatives and 2 supervisors who all gave me different stories. I’ve contacted consumer affairs. my card has yet to be activated after tons of rude, unqualified people that don't speak good English.this is ridiculous. Because of what he told me I got a supervisor online. At corporate customer service. Have sent atleast 10 emails and atleast that many calls. That a person in leadership with a leadership role made a comment like that. I emailed my receipts they said the restriction would be removed in 6 hrs and wasn't I spent from 9 this morn til 12:30 on phone with them for them to tell me to email my I.d my social security card and proof of residence and it be resolved immediately only to receive another email saying it take 24-48 hrs. Nothing!!!!!
Do not use this card!! Then he was told he could not dispute it until 4 hours after creating the account. It is your number and you would not accept. For the investigations. The customer Service I have received was rude, and offer no help at all.. Been dealing with this for 3 months blocked my card.I want my moneyI was not aware with there is a transaction fee for everytime i swipe my card or online purchase. I was on hold for 2 hours before i jus said forget it i need my account unlocked NOW!!! She said "the best thing to do" is to go to the branch, open a new account, she would block out the old accounts and then I would be able to start using the new card with no problem. !Ok so about a lawsuit for these people who do we contact I'm still waiting for my refund checks after having my taxes deposited into this account they decide they wanna close my account n that they will mail me refunds checks within 20 business days well it's been more than 2 months and still no check this is ridiculous they kept my tax money not coolI have been trying to access my money from this card for over three weeks.

I was told to fax over my receipt for my stay and my money will be added back to my card within 48 hours. I've spoke with 14 reps and they all tell different stories.
the rep told me that we would have to have enrollmemt for month of April.
And first they didn't have it and then they did it for me omitting a 75.00 charge that was part of the dispute.
