The light behaviour is opposite to that which I would have guessed. Whether they removed it from the wall or if it was just hanging there.If it is a Ethernet wall plate, make sure the the Ethernet cable behind it is still attached or plugged in.Wall Data outlet. Hello, I recently had to unplug my desktop PC and modem to do some painting around my home. If they do not, contact Telus support as there may be a provisioning issue with your bonded ports or one of them is physically disconnected somewhere along the service path from port to your modem. More reports could mean faster response and repair. If after a half day, I would call Telus to diagnose the problem. If it's any reason like mine, I also have the fail light on. If I come across it I will let you know.

I have actiontec T3200M Have you found a manual? The light being on for 5 minutes could also be a result of the modem rebooting itself as well, which is also not normal. Internet light is green. Usually the internet light on the T3200 modem will turn from green to orange/yellow, but not always. Is this normal activity on LAN port 1? Those front/top lights are always green too. Green is "Go", "Good for Gigabit" for the newer ONT Anyway, regardless of what the LED indicates, Speedtest bears witness to the >100Mbps performance.
The light is now green. I've had technicians from Telus in a while ago (before COVID) but it never got fixed. Maybe they just aren't using multicolor leds anymore.Wait a minute, I don't think we're all talking about the same light...The front light for the port flashes orange/red for gigabit and the back lights are always green, setting the port to 100Mbps makes one of the back lights go out and the front light change to green flashing. Sometimes my internet either cuts out completely or laggs severely (get a ping of upwards of 1000).
